Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)​
-
ART uses eye movements and image replacement to help process trauma and other issues. This treatment can work as early as the first session or within several sessions, requires no "homework" between sessions, and does not require patient to speak about traumatic events. This treatment can be applied to many different psychiatric conditions in addition to trauma. Treatment can be used in addition to your current talk therapy, and requires no regularly scheduled appointments or long term commitment for therapy. ​

About Shanna Schreurs APRN
Welcome to my practice! As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am licensed in Nevada and trained to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy. I approach treatment in a personalized manner, with a genuine interest in each patient's personal story and history. My heroes are my patients, and I am honored to work with patients through their healing journey to wellness.

My goal is to offer a safe, comfortable and casual setting with unhurried appointments to address your treatment needs. I offer both in person appointments and convenient virtual visits when appropriate. At this time I am taking new patients ages 13 and up for medication management as well as Acceleration Resolution Therapy.
